- Use lukewarm water; allow to run for 5-10 minutes, then pause to apply body scrub
- Apply scrub using circular motions, starting at your feet and moving upwards
- Maintain gentle pressure (avoid scrubbing your skin too vigorously)
- Rinse thoroughly
