Because our products are natural they may soften/melt in warm months. This would not affect the quality of the product. Butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and best when stored in a cool dry place. if your product is melted, please store in a refrigerator for an hour and stir to restore back to original form.
We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds as credit for future purchases if you are not satisfied with your products. If products arrives damaged, please notify us by email at serenitysoaps.more@gmail.com with order number and image of package, within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of the damaged product.Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase.
