We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds as credit for future purchases if you are not satisfied with your products. If products arrives damaged, once notified we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount.
