We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. We also want you shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and have never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds as credit for future purchases if you are not satisfied with your products. If products arrives damaged, please notify us by email at serenitysoaps.more@gmail.com with order number and image of pacakge, within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refiund the amount of purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit for future purchases.
