The added bonus in these Anti-Stress Lemongrass Bath Salts is the essential oils- lavender and lemongrass. Both fragrances alone can be enough to help promote calmness and overall wellness in the body. Aromatherapy has been around for thousands of years and continues to be one of the leading holistic treatments that can help reduce stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation, sore muscles, digestive issues, and my favorite use- tension and migraine headaches.
Ingredients: epsom salt, sea salt, baking soda, lemongrass oil, lavender oil, dried lavender leaves, lemongrass bush.
How to use:
Drizzle approx 1/2 cup of the salt mixture into your running bath water. (Feel free to use as much as you like!) This pouch contains about 4 great bath soaks. Make sure to protect the bath drain with a mesh cover to catch any herbs that may clog the pipes on your way out, if you don't use a mesh bag.
